We love to whip this up to eat on Sunday morning & throughout the week. Mornings can be rushed, causing you to skip breakfast or eat something on the go. This recipe is packed full of protein to keep you fueled & focused all morning & can be prepped ahead. Pair this with bacon, turkey bacon, eggs, or fruit- and of course coffee- for a perfect morning.
Protein Waffles Time: 15 minutes Yield: 4-6 waffles Ingredients: - 3 eggs - 1 scoop protein powder - 1 cup pancake mix - 1 TB vanilla extract - Almond milk - 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional) -Combine all ingredients, except the almond milk, in bowl -Once mixed, add almond milk until mix reaches desired texture -Pour 1/2 cup into waffle maker, or make as pancakes -Top with syrup, berries, peanut butter, or enjoy plain!
